Plain commitments about money and honesty. Each one is true today, and each has a check behind it.
1.Checking your resume is free, and needs no account.
The free resume check runs our 28 scoring rules on your resume and never uses AI credits.
How we keep it: An automated check confirms the free check makes no AI call.
2.Downloads are never behind a paywall.
Your resume, your tailored versions and your exports (PDF, Word, text) are yours to download, even with no credits left.
How we keep it: An automated check exports PDF and Word for an account with zero credits left.
3.A failed AI action costs nothing.
If the AI fails or times out, the credit comes back automatically, and the error tells you so.
How we keep it: An automated check confirms failed calls never count against you.
4.Sending exactly the same request again is free.
Same resume, same text: we give you the saved answer back without using a credit.
How we keep it: Saved answers are never counted. You can see them marked free in your credit history.
5.You see the cost before you spend, and where every credit went.
Every AI button says what it costs and how many credits you have left. Your credits lists every credit used, refunded or given.
How we keep it: The number on that page comes from the same check that decides whether a request is allowed.
6.No subscriptions, no auto-renew, no card on file.
We do not take payments today. If we ever do, it will be one-time credit packs: nothing that renews by itself, and credits that do not expire.
How we keep it: There is no payment system in the product. This page changes before that does.
7.We never add skills you don't show, or change your facts.
When the AI tailors your resume, any skill your original does not show is removed, and your names, employers, dates and education always come from your original.
How we keep it: A check runs on every tailored resume before it is saved and tells you what it removed. Numbers the AI adds are flagged for you to confirm.
