How the test works

Hexaware runs TWO fresher tracks with different structures: GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee, ~4 LPA) and PGET (Premier Graduate Engineer Trainee, ~6 LPA). Both begin with the same online elimination test - an Aptitude + Domain/Technical MCQ round that most 2025-2026 sources report as 90 questions in 90 minutes (60 aptitude in 60 min covering Quant/Logical/Verbal + 30 domain in 30 min), with NO negative marking; this ~90-min sitting is the core "OA" and my total_duration_min reflects it. The key structural differentiator (and the main recent-cycle change to know): PGET candidates additionally sit a CODING round (2-3 DSA problems, C/C++/Java/Python, ~40-90 min) placed between the MCQ test and the communication round, whereas the GET track typically has no coding. After the MCQ test (and coding for PGET), all candidates take a Communication Assessment delivered through SpeechX - an AI tool scoring reading/listening/grammar/fluency (some write-ups cite ~67 items) - followed by a Technical Interview (~15-25 min) and an HR round (~10-20 min). Registration is usually via the Superset platform or the college TPO, and every round is an elimination gate. Older tool references (SVAR/Versant-style) have largely been superseded by SpeechX in recent reporting. IMPORTANT CAVEAT on precision: exact counts vary by drive and year. Some older or variant reports describe a single much longer sitting (~170-180 questions in ~2.5 hours) rather than the clean 90/90 split, and coding-problem counts range from 2 to 3 across interview experiences - treat all exact numbers as drive-specific, not guaranteed.

Specific SECTIONAL qualifying-score cutoffs are NOT officially published and vary by drive/college - do not assume a fixed per-section pass mark. PGET (coding track) generally implies a higher bar and higher package (~6 LPA) vs GET (~4 LPA).
